Annexe
This project transformed a modest garage into a highly functional one-bedroom annex, offering flexible living space while retaining as much of the original structure as possible to keep costs efficient and reduce waste.
The client had already upgraded the garage for use as a music studio, so our design cleverly extended the building, integrating storage lost from the garden sheds into the new layout. With its own off-street parking and convenient access to the main house, this project demonstrates how thoughtful conversions can add value, independence, and practicality to a family home in Bude.
