This project explored whether to extend or rebuild, with the final decision to create a bespoke new home in Cornwall.

As part of the design team, I developed detailed construction drawings, coordinated Building Control submissions, and presented design options to the client — ensuring their aspirations were translated into a practical and achievable design.
Project completed while working as Part III Architectural Assistant with architect Richard Wellby.
